Presentations – Winter Webinar 2014 A Simpler Way – From Conflict To Dilemma In 2014 I again did two webinars for TOCICO’s
winter series. And once again I put
more time and energy into this than I would like to admit. I called this a “simpler way” for a number
of reasons. Firstly there is just one
simple rule for placing the assumptions from the matrix in the cloud. Secondly I realised that there are two
separate matrices for a conflict cloud – and just one for a dilemma and just
one for a transcendent or systemic cloud.
Thirdly I could at last show the progression from conflict to dilemma
to systemic cloud. This first
powerpoint shows the basic building blocks of the cloud, and also of the
change matrix for anyone who does not know these. I then show how to combine these two
entities to describe local/local clouds built around the concept of Difficult
Conversations. Then how to raise this
to a 3rd person dilemma.
